Further below you find Patricia Wells' incredible food glossary. I suggest you take note of the few food items you will NOT eat under any circum-

stance and then skip hauling the full glossary around.

(information can be chosen in English, but reviews are in French. Huge and very valuable site)

(very inspiring list of traditional Paris Bistrots, although highly subjective)

(information can be chosen in English, but then French reviews will not be shown. Very valuable site)

(can be chosen in English. Beautiful site, my favorite. Photos of restaurants and chefs, menus shown with prices. Very valuable site)

BEST WINEBARS

(extensive list of Paris winebars, sorted by arrondissements. Very valuable list, although highly alcoholic. Click on "Tous" and then "Rafraîchir" to have both winebars and beer pubs. You can also choose only to have "Bars à vins" or "Bars à bières")
